Bed and Breakfast La Vigna

La Vigna B & B is a delightful bed and breakfast with pool located in Carovigno, in the province of Brindisi: family-run, and situated in the hills just 3 km from the sea, it offers 6 double rooms with magnificent views and all the amenities you might require to relax and enjoy your stay. The owners of the property live on the premises and convey all the warmth that only a family can provide: the husband, Maurizio, looks after the garden and the vineyard while his wife, Giulia, manages the rooms and deals with all the culinary aspects. Their two sons, Antonio and Lorenzo, who speak English and French (Giulia, on the ther hand, speaks German) help them run the place. Parking, within the establishment grounds, is included in the price as well as breakfast which, on request, can also be international. With sufficient advanced warning, the B & B can arrange for meals to be prepared for lunch and dinner.

Exteral space

The hotel has a lovely swimming pool, bordering a garden and is the perfect location for enjoying the pleasant summer days in Puglia. A pleasant, well-presented area with a large gazebo for breakfast which serves only home-made produce prepared directly on the premises.

The vineyard and olive grove

Maurizio, one of the owners, has always been passionate about wine and has culvtivated a small vineyard around the complex, which produces a wine that can be enjoyed at the table. The natural atmosphere is rounded off with an olive grove and numerous fig trees, with the sea in the background providing an extra touch of magic and beauty.

The La Vigna B & B offers its customers 6 rooms, all double with sea view, ideal for staying in Puglia and soaking up the whole atmosphere. You can check in any time, day or night, preferably informing the owner of your arrival time; check out, on the other hand, is fixed at no later than 10:30 am.
Each of the six rooms has 2 separate verandas: one at the entrance, and another overlooking the sea. The rooms’ faciliities ensure you enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay: air conditioning, mini-bar (water is provided at reception), flat screen TV and en-suite bathroom with shower. Furthermore, the B & B offers the possibility of adding extra beds in 2 of the rooms.

The La Vigna B & B is located in a favourable position for visiting Brindisi and the surrounding areas, immersed in the countryside and just 3 km from the sea; links are facilitated by the two nearby airports: Brindisi, 22 km, and Bari, 25 km. The B&B arranges transfers to and from the airport, as well as guided tours, especially designed for groups, to visit the main sights in the surrounding areas.

Any visitor setting out from the B & B, heads off to explore the surrounding sites and will discover some real gems: Ostuni, with its typical cluster of white-washed buildings, the structure of its medieval old town full of narrow streets and small squares, churches and aristocratic homes, in addition to its pristine coastline; the Dentice di Frasso Castle in San Vito dei Normanni dating from Medieval times and home of the most important local nobles over the centuries; the characteristic landscape of the Itria Valley, with a typical collection of trulli, natural areas and woodland rich in vineyards, olive groves and a varied fauna, farms and excellent food and wine.
